You must have with you:
- passport (original and copy);
- application for the conclusion of an agreement on targeted training (original);
- consent to the processing of personal data (original);
- consent of the legal representative to conclude an agreement on targeted training (for persons under 18 years of age, original);
- consent of the legal representative to the processing of personal data (for persons under the age of 18, original);
- passport of the legal representative (for persons under the age of 18, a copy);
- birth certificate (copy).
