Ministry of Industry of Crimea reminds of the ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors

The Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea recalls the ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors. The occasion for a reminder is September 1st. However, the ban is not for one day, but permanent.
Organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the retail sale of alcoholic products and the retail sale of alcoholic products in the provision of catering services, as well as the retail sale of beer, beer drinks, cider, puare, mead and the retail sale of beer, beer drinks, cider, puare, mead when providing catering services, they must comply with license requirements and conditions— noted in the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Crimea.
The ministry emphasized that the sale and repeated sale of alcoholic products to a minor entail administrative and criminal liability, respectively.
If the person directly dispensing alcoholic beverages (the seller) has doubts that the buyer has reached the age of majority, the seller has the right to demand from the buyer a document that allows him to establish his age, for example, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, including a foreign passport, a driver’s license, a temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation , military ID, passport of a foreign citizen, residence permit— recalled in the Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea.
