Modernization of sports infrastructure and holding competitions are being discussed in Crimea

The Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Odes Baysultanov and the Deputy Director of the Department of Physical Culture and Mass Sports of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation Georgy Kabanov. During the meeting, issues of popularizing football in the republic were discussed, as well as modernizing the sports infrastructure and holding major Russian and regional competitions in various sports in Crimea.

Sergey Aksenov thanked Odes Baysultanov for his attention and support of Crimea and noted the need to promote the development of sports programming in the Republic.

The Russian Sports Programming Federation is the youngest in our country. I am sure that the new direction will meet with support from Crimeans, especially young peoplesaid the Head of the Republic of Crimea.

The Head of Crimea also instructed the Minister of Sports of the Republic of Crimea, Olga Torubarova, to select a land plot for the construction of a center for this sport as soon as possible.
