Today, medical outpatient clinics were opened in two villages of the Krasnogvardeisky district — new buildings of medical institutions were put into operation in the villages of Poltavka and Kolodeznoye.
The opening events were attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Konstantin Bakharev, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Oksana Satsik, Head of the municipal formation of Krasnogvardeisky District Roman Shantaev, Head of Administration of the Krasnogvardeisky District Vasily Grabovan, Chief Physician of the Krasnogvardeisky Central District Hospital Alexander Grigoryan, health workers and residents sat down
The construction of modular medical outpatient clinics was implemented within the framework of the departmental target program “Modernization of public health care institutions in order to bring them to federal standards and regulations.” The cost of construction of each facility amounted to more than 30 million rubles.
The new buildings will include patient reception rooms, a day hospital, dental, vaccination, treatment and other rooms. All premises are equipped with necessary medical equipment and new furniture. Outpatient clinics are computerized and connected to the Internet. The buildings are equipped taking into account the conditions of an accessible environment for people with limited mobility— reported the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
In the new outpatient clinics, local residents will be able to receive primary health care — consultation and examination by specialists, immunization, the first stage of medical examination, etc. According to the schedule, doctors of narrow specialties and mobile medical complexes with the ability to conduct mammography and fluorography will also come to the villages.
Thus, the implementation of programs for the modernization of healthcare institutions makes it possible to increase the availability of medical care in rural areas. Almost 3 thousand people live in the village of Poltavka, and more than 1 thousand live in the village of Kolodeznoye.
