Money: how large families in Simferopol can receive compensation for the costs of purchasing a school uniform

Applications are accepted from large families to reimburse the costs of purchasing school uniforms for Simferopol schoolchildren. Diana Feratova, head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Simferopol City Administration, spoke about this.

From August 1 to November 1 of the current year, applications are being accepted from large families to provide compensation for the costs of purchasing school uniforms for children studying in educational institutions.

One of the parents of a large family whose child is studying full-time at an educational institution can apply for compensation.

There are three ways to submit your application:

• at the MFC branch;
• through the State Services portal;
• to the social security authority at the place of residence.

The application must be accompanied by: — ​​an identification document of the applicant; — a document confirming the status of a large family;

• birth certificate or passport of the child for whom compensation will be received;
• documents confirming the purchase of school uniforms (invoices, cash receipts);
• details of the account to which compensation will be transferred in the future.

The application processing period is 15 working days, after which the applicant is notified of the decision.

To date, 547 residents of the city of Simferopol from large families have contacted the department with appropriate applications to receive compensation for the costs of purchasing a school uniform.

In addition, residents of the city of Simferopol are provided with compensation for the costs of purchasing sports uniforms for children from large families. The deadline for submitting applications is the same as above.

An application must be submitted to the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Simferopol City Administration. Documents similar to those above are attached to the application.

This year, 441 applications from residents of Simferopol were accepted for this type of compensation.

Families whose average per capita income does not exceed two subsistence minimums have the right to receive compensation. Income is taken into account for the three months preceding the month before filing the application. The amount of compensation is no more than 30% of the subsistence level, this year it is 4453.80 rubles. If the costs are incurred in a smaller amount, the payment is the amount of the costs incurred.
