Monolithic work in the new building of the Crimean sanatorium “Dnepr” is planned to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2024

Perform a full range of monolithic works in the new building of the Dnepr sanatorium with a total area of ​​more than 9.6 thousand square meters. m in Yalta is planned in the first quarter of 2024.

Construction of a new dormitory building with 300 beds for the Dnepr sanatorium of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Crimea started in the summer of 2022. Currently, monolithic work is 32% complete. Builders are also restoring landscaping within the boundaries of external utility networks. Construction of the new building is planned to be completed in 2025— reported the press service of the “Single Customer in the Construction Industry”.

The press service of the “Single Customer” added that the main feature of the building’s appearance is its complex geometry, which will blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

The dormitory building will have one-room and two-room double rooms, each of which will be equipped with a bathroom and a balcony. On the eighth floor of the building there will be utility, service and administrative premises.

The facility will also create a comfortable environment for all vacationers of the sanatorium. In addition, provision is made for the construction of passages that will provide vehicle access to the building and auxiliary structures.

Sanatorium «Dnepr» is located 16 km from Yalta, in the village of Gaspra in the ancient park of regional significance Kharaks. On its territory there is an ancient relict park, a medical base, sports infrastructure, and an indoor swimming pool with sea water. The institution specializes in the treatment of diseases in the field of cardiopulmonology, neurology, dentistry, traumatology and orthopedics.
