Monolithic work was completed in Crimea in the building of the Dnepr sanatorium under construction

Specialists of the Public Legal Company «Unified Customer in the Field of Construction» and the contracting organization completed monolithic work in the new sleeping building of the Dnepr sanatorium of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The object is built 16 km from Yalta, in the village. GASPRA in an old park of regional significance. This was reported in the press service of the company.

The total area of ​​the building exceeds 9.5 thousand square meters. meters. To date, the builders have already erected eight aboveground floors of the new corps, as well as one underground floor. Now at the facility, work is underway on the installation of external walls and internal partitions, the installation of engineering systems and the decoration of a number of interior rooms. The sanatorium is planned to complete the construction of the new corps in 2025, ”the press service of the“ Unified Customer ”said.

They also added that the key feature of the new building is its appearance, which is a complex geometric shape, which will harmoniously combine with the surrounding landscape of the terrain.

In the new sleeping building, one -room and two -room double rooms will appear, each of which will be equipped with a bathroom and a balcony. Also, the building will have a dining room, household, service and administrative premises.

In the adjacent territory of the new building, builders will create a comfortable environment for visitors: they will equip comfortable driveways, illuminated pedestrian paths and comfortable walking areas.

The Sanatorium «Dnipro» of the Federal Tax Service of Russia specializes in the treatment of diseases in the field of cardio-pulmonology, neurology, dentistry and traumatology-orthopedics. On its territory there are an old relict park, a medical base, a sports infrastructure and an indoor pool with sea water.

The object is implemented by the PPK “Unified Customer” as part of the complex state program “Building”, the curator of which is the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
