More and more Rosreestr services are available to citizens on the State Services portal

More and more government services of Rosreestr are available to citizens who have a verified account on Unified portal of public services (EPGU). The State Registration Committee told Crimeans about the possibilities of registering real estate thanks to the well-known web resource.

Using the State Services portal, users can receive a wide range of accounting and registration services. For example, portal users can order an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN), including free online statement. In addition, you can submit an application to correct technical and registry errors, make ban on registration of real estate without the personal participation of the copyright holder, as well as send additional documents to the already submitted main package. Through State Services, citizens have the right to request information from the State Data Fund obtained as a result of land management and use the service for selecting and concluding an agreement with a cadastral engineer. The reliability and simplicity of this service is ensured by the electronic platform «Register of cadastral engineers»,” noted Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea Yulia Zhiganova.

According to the head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, Olesya Kalinkina, now through the Gosuslugi portal you can submit an application and documents for cadastral registration and registration of ownership of a real estate property. However, it is worth considering that for reasons of security and data protection, more stringent measures are applied and one confirmed entry on the portal will not be enough.

To submit an application for registration and caducation online at State Services, in addition to title documents, the owner will need an enhanced qualified electronic signature, which can be ordered free of charge at mobile application «Gosklyuch». The application allows you to create, store and use electronic signature keys, sign applications and documents from a smartphone with an NFC module, and also enter into contracts electronically. To establish the user’s identity, you will additionally need either remote identification in Unified biometric system or a new generation Russian foreign passport. An old passport will not be suitable for these purposes, since it is the new document that contains a microchip with a color digital image of the face and two fingerprints of its owneradded Olesya Kalinkina.
