More than 100 Crimeans received training and increased the level of service and hospitality

A series of training courses “Improving the level of service and hospitality” was held in Crimea. More than 100 people took part in them — employees of Crimean hotels, boarding houses, and sanatoriums. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
At the end of the event, participants received certificates of advanced training. This document is necessary when carrying out the procedure for classifying accommodation facilities, as well as for further career growth of staff– the press service quotes Irina Kiviko.
The training program was aimed at improving the skills of administrators and housekeepers performing basic hospitality functions on the first line of customer service.
The trainings were organized by the “My Business” Center as part of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises”.
