Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev noted that more than 50 federal departments are actively participating in the Digital Economy state program.

Currently, electronic services are actively used in Crimea, including when receiving state and municipal services in electronic form. Among the most popular among Crimeans are submitting applications for admission to school and enrollment in kindergarten, as well as appeals on issues of social security, healthcare, land management and others.

There are 71 user support sectors operating in the “My Documents” centers of the Republic of Crimea. This year, 6,416 citizens have already taken advantage of these comfortable and modern areas to independently receive services without an appointment.
