Federal beneficiaries* living in Sevastopol are entitled to a monthly cash payment (MCB). This payment includes a set of social services (NSS), which can be received either in kind or in cash.
The natural set includes:
- medicines for medical use and medical products according to prescriptions, specialized medical nutrition products for children with disabilities;
- vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment for the prevention of major diseases;
- free travel on suburban railway transport, as well as on intercity transport to the place of treatment and back (citizens with disability group I and children with disabilities have the right to receive a second voucher for sanatorium treatment and free travel to the place of treatment and back on the same conditions for the person accompanying them.)
Each service has its own monetary equivalent. If you wish, you can refuse any of them in favor of money, thereby increasing the size of your EDV. From February 1, 2024, the amount of services in general is RUB 1,578.50. per month, namely:
- provision of medicines — 1,215.80 rubles,
- sanatorium-resort treatment — 188.08 rubles,
- free travel to the place of treatment and back — 174.62 rubles.
The form for receiving a set of social services (the entire set or only part of it) can be changed annually. An application to change the form must be submitted by September 30 inclusive. At the same time, the form for receiving the kit will change from January 1 of the next year.
You can report a change in the NSO form to the client service of the SFR, MFC, or send it through the State Services portal gosuslugi.ru. Those who do not plan to change anything do not need to write an application. In 2024, more than 36 thousand Sevastopol benefit recipients will receive a set of social services, of which over 12.5 thousand will receive in kind.
*disabled people, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and military operations, those who suffered from radiation exposure, as well as some other categories of citizens
