Most calls come to the primary reception windows located at st. Quarantine, 45. Calls to the hotline and messages on social networks are also recorded. During the work of the Sevastopol branch of the state fund «Defenders of the Fatherland», about 120 people have already applied for help. Help was required on a variety of issues — from legal and psychological to the preparation of the necessary documents and obtaining support measures. Each of these questions was invariably linked to a specific life situation in which social coordinators plunged, empathized and, most importantly, helped people. It is very important that among the coordinators there are not only experienced social workers, but also family members of the participants in the special military operation. Our common task is to help and make sure that veterans returning home understand that they will not be left alone with problems.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Deputy Governor Alexander Kulagin.
