More than 17 thousand people applied for participation in the Leaders of Russia contest. Sevastopol residents are invited to participate

During the first day, more than 17.5 thousand people registered to participate in the Leaders of Russia contest. This was announced at an in-person meeting of the Supervisory Board of the competition. Participation makes it possible to receive an educational grant in the amount of 1 million rubles, work with a mentor from among the leaders of business or public administration, receive an assessment and recommendations on the development of their managerial competencies from the best HR specialists, enter the community of the best managers in Russia, become a participant in the program for the development of personnel management reserve.

I want to say that my victory in the «Leaders of Russia» is now the most important victory in my life, at this stage. The decision to take part in it was like a challenge to myself. The victory in the competition gave me many opportunities — this is a meeting with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, and appointment to the post of Deputy Governor of Sevastopol, and training in the personnel management reserve of the Higher School under the President of the Russian Federation. Anyone under the age of 55 and with at least two years of managerial experience can participate in the competition for new generation leaders — these are both experienced business or public sector leaders, as well as beginners in the managerial field.
