More than 200 students of the Crimean regional branch received a new working profession

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Student detachments of the Crimean regional branch were trained on the basis of the Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky and received state certificates as a counselor. For two months, classes were conducted by experienced teachers with practical experience in organizing the activities of the children’s team. Students practiced the skills of communication with children, organizing safe interruption of children in the camp, providing comfortable rest for children who will be used in work during the summer season.

Thanks to an extensive program and professional teachers, I gained not only knowledge, but also confidence in my abilities. I learned how to effectively interact with children, plan and conduct interesting activities, create an atmosphere of mutual understanding and trust. Working as a counselor is not only a responsibility, but also an opportunity to inspire and influence the lives of children. I look forward to putting my knowledge into practice, creating unforgettable memories for every child. Thank you so much for such a valuable and practical training program! I am proud to be a part of the student squads and I am sure that together we will make the summer unforgettable for little heroes! — Irina Timoshenko, a fighter of the student pedagogical detachment «Shining» comments.

Now the children will have to apply the acquired knowledge in practice while working on the western coast of Crimea, in the city of Evpatoria. In addition to free education, members of student teams have the opportunity to work during the summer and winter holidays, gain managerial experience, and expand their circle of contacts.
