Since the beginning of 2025, Sevraestr employees held 70-face consultations for 205 people on statements for accounting and registration actions. Consultations are held weekly on Wednesdays, during which you can get answers on the questions: suspension/refusal in cadastral accounting and (or) registration of law; provision of information from the USRN; contribution/removal of arrests.
The suspension of registration of ownership is corrective, and is necessary in order to eliminate the detected deficiencies in the applicant’s documents. The terms of suspension of the case are 3 months issued by the state registrar, on the initiative of the citizen — up to six months, and according to the arrests of real estate — until the removal of the arrest.
