More than 21 thousand Crimeans are users of the “State Services.Home” application

In the near future, another function will appear in the application — a collective application. If the issue concerns the entire house, the owner will be able to invite neighbors to join his application, so as not to create another one. This will save management organizations from responding to similar requests and remind neighbors that together it is much easier to make a better home.

The application allows owners to study reports on income and expenses of management organizations for previous years, receive information about the timing of major repairs and planned work, and also, if necessary, send requests to the housing inspectorate.

You can log in to the application through a verified account on the State Services portal. Data on real estate, metering devices and accounts are downloaded automatically. If information is missing, you can submit an application, and the management or resource supply organization will update the data.

The application was created on the basis of the state information system for housing and communal services (“GIS Housing and Communal Services”). The mobile application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, Google Play and AppGallery.
