More than 22,000 Sevastopol residents consulted by phone of the unified contact center of the SFR Branch

CrimeaPRESS reports:

For appointment, payment of pensions and social benefits, Sevastopol residents can contact the single contact center at the number: 8-800-100-00-01. The center’s specialists will tell you what documents are needed to receive payments, how to change the method of pension delivery, how to spend maternity capital funds, apply for a single allowance, how to get a ticket to a sanatorium and technical rehabilitation equipment, and much more.

Please note that the virtual assistant answers the call first. It helps to get information on popular typical queries. If detailed information is needed, the virtual assistant transfers the call to the first line, where the dialogue is continued by an employee of the center.

To get more detailed advice, for example, to find out the amount of your pension or allowance, clarify the date of payment, make an appointment with the client service of the SFR Branch, etc., a second line is provided. In this case, the specialist of the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR will clarify the SNILS of the calling citizen and provide him with personalized information.

A call for Sevastopol residents from any phone is free. You can get a consultation from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 16:45 without a lunch break.

Recall that the contact center is a unified information system of social departments, which also includes the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud), regional bodies of social protection of the population and institutions of medical and social expertise.
