More than 23 thousand Sevastopol residents have chosen the digital version of the work book

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Today, more than 23 thousand Sevastopol residents have chosen the digital version of the work book. As a reminder, from January 1 2020 of the year, all employees who already have a work book got the opportunity to switch to an electronic format.

Citizens who started their labor activity in the 2021 year or later, the work book is issued only in electronic form. Information about your work activity can be found in your personal account on the PFR website (pfr.gov.ru) and on the public services portal (gosuslugi.ru). To do this, you need to create an appropriate statement. To order an extract through a personal account on the website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the service “Order a certificate (statement) on labor activity” is used in the “Electronic work book” section. On the portal of public services — «Extract from the electronic work book» in the section «References. Extracts ”, — the press service of the department reported.

An electronic statement is generated in pdf format and certified by an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the PFR. In terms of legal significance, such a document is equal to a paper one. The document can be saved to a computer or mobile device, emailed or printed as needed.

If a citizen has chosen an electronic work book, and then decided to change jobs, then he can submit information about his work activity to a new employer either on paper in printed form or in electronic form with a digital signature. In both cases, the employer will transfer the data to their HR system. Upon dismissal, the employer is obliged to provide the employee with information about labor activity either on paper or in electronic form.
