More than 30 million rubles will be allocated for payments to victims of a missile attack in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In connection with the terrorist attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Sevastopol on June 23, which killed 4 people and injured 153, a state of emergency was introduced in the city by decree of the governor. Victims and families of victims may receive lump sum payments. For these purposes, 30 million 800 thousand rubles will be allocated from the reserve fund of the Government of Sevastopol. The corresponding resolution was adopted today at a government meeting chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. The report was presented by Elena Sulyagina, Director of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
The amount of payment to victims depends on the severity of the injury:
– minor harm – 200 thousand rubles;
The families of the victims will be paid 1 million rubles — in equal shares to each family member.
You can apply for payment in the following ways:
1. Electronically using the government services portal link.
2. Through the district departments of the Department of Labor and Social Protection.
3. Through MFC branches in Sevastopol — regardless of the place of permanent registration.
4. Through local administrations of intra-city municipalities.
5. Via postal service.
When submitting through the public services portal, a citizen attaches only two documents, the verification takes place automatically: this is an investigator’s resolution or a court ruling, if necessary, recognizing the citizen as a victim and suffering harm to health as a result of an emergency, as well as a forensic medical examination conclusion on the severity of the health harm received by the citizen— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of labor and social protection of the population Elena Sulyagina.
How to obtain these documents was told by the Deputy Head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol — Head of the Sevastopol Interdistrict Investigation Department Andrey Bykov.
To date, more than half of the people who are in hospitals have been interrogated as victims, appropriate decisions have been made regarding them to recognize them as victims, and appropriate forensic medical examinations have also been assigned to all of them.— Andrey Bykov emphasizes.
The Investigative Committee will centrally send decisions on recognizing people as victims and harm to their health as a result of an emergency to the commission, which will be responsible for assigning payments.
As for the forensic medical examination, medical documents are required to conduct it; in some cases, data on the length of time a person spent in hospital is also needed, and many victims are still being treated in hospitals.
For those people who are no longer in hospitals, but at home, we need to quickly work out and assign these payments, and for those who continue treatment, this payment should be assigned based on the resultssaid Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
He also asked what to do with those victims who received medical care at the scene of the tragedy and went home.
The first category are those who received assistance on the spot, including those who were nearby, not from among the doctors; the second category are those who were delivered or independently went to medical institutions, but because there was a large flow of people , other than their last name and initials, for example, we do not have any information about them. We have given the internal authorities relevant instructions, they will establish them, — says Andrey Bykov.
Victims who received assistance on the spot will be able to contact the territorial divisions of the Investigative Committee to obtain the necessary documents:
— in Balaklava district: st. Kalicha, 31;
— in Nakhimovsky district: pl. Lastovaya, 3;
— in Gagarinsky district: Geroev Stalingrada Ave., 64 (4th floor);
— in the Leninsky district: General Ostryakov Ave., 225.

The payment will be made once, and it does not depend on the insurance payments that insurers will make under concluded insurance contracts.,” emphasizes the director of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Elena Sulyagina.
