Since June 1, 2025, in most camps of the Republic of Crimea, a health campaign began, in which it is planned to ensure rest and recovery for 190 thousand children. This summer, the republic will meet not only Crimeans, but also children from newly -made territories, as well as from the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
To ensure a comfortable and safe vacation of children, a large number of qualified personnel are required — counselors who are able to create the necessary conditions and a friendly atmosphere in the camps. Therefore, by June 1, students planning to work as counselors ahead of schedule passed the session and went to employment to children’s health camps Crimea. Active support in this work is provided by Russian student detachments. Throughout the year, among the studio detachments, the training of counselors was conducted, as well as on the basis of the Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky and Crimean engineering and pedagogical university named after Fevzi Yakubov organized vocational training in the specialty «Counselor», in the framework of which students were able to obtain the necessary knowledge and certificates of vocational training in accordance with the professional standards.
This year the need in counselors in all Crimea camps It is more than a thousand people in each shift. The shortage of counselors mainly has to be decided by the efforts of Crimean and Sevastopol students, as well as the involvement of students from new regions to work: Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions. Russian student detachments help to qualitatively prepare students with responsible work. The healing camps of Crimea are ready to accept children from all over Russia, and our counselors will create an unforgettable impressions for them, — noted Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student detachments.
Summer holidays are not only a holiday time for children, but also an opportunity for students to gain valuable experience for their future professional activities. Thanks to counselors from the student detachments of Crimea, children in camps will be able to enjoy various programs aimed at their comprehensive development, as well as healing, spending time in the fresh air, playing sports and creativity. The efforts of student detachments of the Republic of Crimea will work in 13 children’s camps. 310 counselors have already set off for 1 shift: such an amount allows you to close a quarter of the necessary needs of counselors in Crimea. This year, a team of counselors includes both experienced specialists and students who will try themselves in this role for the first time. Experienced guys pass on their experience to the new generation of counselors and together create an unforgettable impressions for children.
