More than 400 advertising structures are illegally installed and operated in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean interregional OFAS Russia opened a case for advertising designs in relation to the Department of Municipal Economy of Sevastopol.
The Department did not take action to dismantle advertising structures with expired permits. Currently, more than 400 advertising structures are illegally installed and operated in the city of Sevastopol without permits for installation and operation. The inaction of the Department to dismantle advertising structures with expired permits impedes equal access to the market for services for the distribution of outdoor advertising in the city of Sevastopol and deprives business entities of the opportunity to compete and have the same criteria for pricing, equal and fair conditions for doing business, and creates discriminatory conditions for market for outdoor advertising distribution services in Sevastopol,” noted the department’s press service.
If guilt is established, antimonopoly measures will be taken against the Department**.
