The gala concert of the Republican Festival of Talents «Crimean Kaleidoscope» was held in the Alupka City House of Culture. More than 450 children from all over Crimea took part in the creative event.
Creative groups and individual performers demonstrated their skills in vocals, choreography and playing musical instruments. All participants aged 7 to 16 were awarded diplomas and award statuettes of the festival. The founder of the festival is the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea. The organizer of the creative project is the State Budgetary Institution of Culture of the Republic of Crimea «Center for Folk Art of the Republic of Crimea». The event was held with the support of the Department of Culture of the Yalta City Administration— the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea reported.
The festival’s objectives, the organizers note, are to identify and support talented, gifted children, introduce children and teenagers to artistic culture as a way of fostering peace and harmony between the peoples of the multinational Crimea, popularize children’s creativity, and promote the growth of the professional level of performers.
