More than 5,000 nine -graders of Sevastopol are held the final interview

On February 12, nine -graders throughout Russia are undergoing a final interview in the Russian language. Successful passage is one of the necessary conditions for the admission of graduates of the ninth grades to the state final certification for educational programs of basic general education.

The final interview is held in the main time traditionally in the second Wednesday of February. In Sevastopol this year, 5310 ninth -graders were registered as participants in the final interview.

The final interview in the Russian language takes place orally and includes four tasks that are aimed at checking the skills of oral speech of schoolchildren, among them: reading the text aloud, retelling of the text with the involvement of additional information, thematic monological statement and participation in the dialogue with the examiner-seniority .

Preparation for the exam begins with an elementary school, there the child learns to read freely and meaningfully, retell the text, and state his thoughts. The examination of an oral interview includes four types of speech activity. Reading aloud is not shown by the speed of reading, not the number of words for a while, but the quality of reading: diction, logical pauses, stress. During the retelling of the read text, it is necessary to logically enter a quote. The third type is a task of a monologue, practically spontaneous speech, a student chooses a version of a monologue — this is either a description of a photograph or a narrative, a reasoning on a given topic. Further — dialogue, communication with the examiner, answers to questions,-quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol of the teacher of the Russian language and literature of school No. 54 named after Yu.A. The final interview is evaluated by the «Conscription»/ «Negotage» system.

An oral final interview in the Russian language is exciting, but if you prepare, it’s not so scary. We prepared with our teacher in the Russian language, worked out tasks, the teacher told the criteria for evaluating how to do it right. In Sevastopol School No. 54, graduates of 11 classes help teachers at the stage of registration of nine -graders. They have already gone this path and can cheer up the younger comrades.

Then, in the 9th grade, I was very exciting, because it is a fairly responsible stage that leads to the exam. If you fail it, then this is not a tolerance to the exam. My environment helped me to cope with excitement, people who supported me, instilled confidence in me, and it helped me.
