More than 5600 Sevastopol families took advantage of the regional uterus on the national project «Family»

In Sevastopol, a comprehensive system of families of families with children is operating. Among them are regional maternity capital. Payment is part of the National Project «Family».

Since 2020, 5635 families received regional maternity capital, of which 216 in 2025.

According to Elena Silaeva, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the right to regional maternity capital has families whose average per capita income equal to two and a half subsistence levels established in the city per capita.

In Sevastopol, regional uterus is provided for the second child born since 2019. The family can spend money on any needs and goals at their discretion. The amount of the capital is indexed annually. This year, the amount of payment is 141,059 rubles.
