All new specialists will be employed at production facilities and other facilities of correctional facilities in the region, thanks to which they will gain work experience and be able to reimburse the state for their maintenance, pay claims and compensate for damage caused by the crime, as well as help their relatives and friends.

It is worth noting that the acquired skills will make it easier for convicts to successfully resocialize and adapt in society after release, and will also help them find jobs in professions that are in demand on the labor market of the Republic of Crimea.
