And this must be done not from the purchase of a tourist voucher or a plane or train ticket, but from checking the presence of debts, because only full payment of the debt can be a guarantee of unhindered travel abroad , the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia notes. We remind you that the threshold of the amount at which the bailiff makes a restriction on leaving the Russian Federation starts from thousand rubles. However, this rule does not apply to persons who have debts for alimony, for compensation for harm to health, damage in connection with the death of the breadwinner, compensation for moral damage and property damage. For such categories of enforcement proceedings, the threshold amount of debt for restriction is thousand rubles.
