CrimeaPRESS reports:
More than 90% of horticultural non-profit partnerships located in Crimea have completed the paperwork for their land plots. This was announced by the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Larisa Kulinich.
It is worth noting that only in 2024 The Ministry has concluded over 340 agreements for free use (for a period of 364 days) and provided over 7 thousand land plots owned by the Republic of Crimea for use by horticultural non-profit associations.
Work in this direction is being actively carried out, and the approval of land surveying projects allows SNT members to purchase used land plots free of charge.
Let me remind you that members of partnerships have until November 1, 2024 to submit documents to obtain ownership of the plot free of charge, subject to the completion of registration of rights to the land plot of the entire partnership. After this period, it will be possible to register land in SNT as a property free of charge in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 137-FZsaid Larisa Kulinich.
At the same time, understanding the importance of this issue and the time limits for registration, the Head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, took measures to extend the legislative norms governing land relations in the territory of the republic.
Thus, with the support of State Duma deputies from the republic, amendments to Federal Constitutional Law No. 6-FKZ regarding the extension of regulatory regulation of features in the field of land and property relations in Crimea and Sevastopol were approved in the first reading.
After these amendments enter into force in Crimea, it will be possible to make appropriate changes to the Law of the Republic No. 320-ZRK.
This issue is under special control in the Government of Crimea.
Additional information will be posted on the Government Portal, as well as on the official pages of the Ministry of Property of Crimea on social networks.
