More than 95 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the National Project “Effective and Competitive Economics”

As Sergey Aksyonov noted, the main goals of the national project are the development of small and medium -sized businesses, improving the investment climate, and increasing labor productivity.

The new national project includes several projects. So, the project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and the support of individual entrepreneurial initiative” is aimed at supporting representatives of small and medium -sized businesses. In 2025, the Microfinance Fund for Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Crimea plans to provide the SMEs of microloans worth more than 1.1 billion rubles, — shared the head of Crimea.

Another project — “Labor Production” — provides for the optimization of work processes of enterprises to increase productivity.

At the moment, 55 Crimean enterprises of the basic non -people sectors of the economy are involved in the project. This year, 7 projects will be implemented within its framework in the direction of “Lean Production”— said the head of the republic.

Sergei Aksyonov recalled that the new national project “Effective and Competitive Economics” was created on the basis of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and “Labor Productivity ”ims, which ended in 2024.

The National Project «Malaya and Medium Entrepreneurship» was initiated by President Vladimir Putin in 2019. His goal was a comprehensive improvement in the entrepreneurial climate in Russia. As the head of Crimea specified, during the period of its implementation, the Microfinance Fund for the Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Crimea provided 3.8 thousand microloans in the amount of 7.8 billion rubles.

In addition, 981 guarantees were issued by the Crimean guarantee fund in the amount of 6.8 billion rubles, which allowed to attract more than 19 billion rubles of credit funds. The regional leasing company entered into 425 contracts worth more than 3 billion rubles. The volume of supported export exceeded the mark of $ 50 million.

In Crimea, there are 10 branches of the My Business Center, which in five years have provided more than 125 thousand consultations for entrepreneurs and individuals planning to open a business. 297 social projects were implemented, including the training program “Related”, aimed at supporting participants in a special military operation.

In addition, as part of the implementation of the National Project “Labor Production” in 2019, a regional competence center was created on the basis of the Crimean Entrepreneurship Fund. Sergei Aksyonov informed that over 5 years, more than 750 people have been trained in 5 years, from 2022 to 2024 18 projects were implemented to increase labor productivity in the direction of “lean production”. Another 18 projects were implemented by the federal competency center, 12 enterprises were introduced by lean production tools on their own.
