More than a million tourists visited Yalta in the first half of the year

Yalta is entering the high resort season. According to the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, the accommodation facilities (sanatoriums, boarding houses, hotels) are booked for July at about 80%.

In June, the average occupancy rate was over 67%. This is 15% more than last year. In total, over a million tourists visited Yalta in the first half of the year – more than half of the total tourist flow to Crimea.— the press service quotes Yanina Pavlenko.

There are 194 official accommodation facilities in Greater Yalta, with 38 thousand beds.
