More than a thousand families in Sevastopol in 2023 issued a monthly payment from maternity capital

This year, the most demanded area of ​​the maternity capital program among Sevastopol parents was monthly payments for a child under the age of 3 years. More than 98.8 million rubles have been transferred to the accounts of more than a thousand families with incomes below two subsistence levels established in the region.

The second most popular area is the education of children. More than 31.5 million rubles were allocated by 890 Sevastopol families to pay for the services of kindergartens, schools, higher and secondary educational institutions. In addition, the allocation of funds for the improvement of living conditions enjoys constant popularity in Sevastopol. In 2023, 718 certificate holders partially or fully repaid housing loans with maternity capital or improved their living conditions without attracting credit funds. In total, the Sevastopol Branch of the SFR transferred more than 343.4 million rubles to families in this direction— reported the press service of the department.
