We summarize the preliminary results for the current year. We understand how many objects are contracted, how much is located in the work, how many objects for which construction and installation work are already underway. This year we have an almost record indicator: due to financing from various sources (budget and extra -budgetary), more than 1 thousand objects in each municipality are built and repair, ”the head of Crimea said.
Sergei Aksyonov specified that one of the key tasks is the formation of a three -year program for repairing house territories. Within the framework of the state program “Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol” for these purposes, funds have already been laid: 1.2 billion rubles for 2026 and 1.5 billion rubles for 2027 and 2028. At the same time, in addition from the republican budget for the repair of house territories, 2 billion rubles will be allocated annually in the period from 2026 to 2028.
We unify the situation to make objects en masse. The improvement will include: asphalting of the scores and parking lots, street lighting, benches and urns. Playgrounds, game elements, etc. will be additionally considered in the context of each municipality, depending on the possibilities of further financing. But the minimum set will be everywhere. Over the next week, the formation of the priority of work on improvement will be completed. In some cases, it will be necessary to provide for the replacement of networks in house territories. In general, we plan to update about 3,500 adjacent territories in need of repair in three years.— emphasized the head of the republic.
Also, during the meeting, special attention was paid to the issue of water supply to all settlements.
With the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Water of the Crimea” and the State Committee for Water Economy and Land Reclamation of the Republic of Crimea, we finish the development of a consolidated water supply map for all municipalities. From the debit of sources, comprehensive measures have been taken, we will not find additional underground sources, it is unlikely. Therefore, in each area, the water supply scheme will be additionally worked out. First of all, the Simferopol and Bakhchisarai districts, for each settlement we are forbid a plan. To ensure the water supply of the Bakhchisarai district, 200 million rubles per year will be allocated for three years, which will allow to fully supply the area with water. In the same way we form a plan of gasification of settlements, starting from those places where the lowest gas supply level, we bring it to the average indicator, and then within the framework of the gasification program, financing will be evenly distributed throughout the areas— said the head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov added that in the Republic of Crimea the construction and repair of social, educational, cultural and sports facilities continues. In particular, an agreement was reached with the Federal Center on the allocation of 400 million rubles from the state budget for the construction of a modular swimming pool and the restoration of tennis courts in Yalta during co -financing from the republic’s budget. In the future, it is planned to provide each large city with a swimming pool and ice rink.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov noted that all these events are being implemented thanks to the decision of President Vladimir Putin and the support of the federal government.
