More than a thousand students and schoolchildren took part in the #TrudKrut Career Forum in the Republic of Crimea

The #TrudKrut career forum is one of the leading events in the Russian Federation, held on the initiative of Russian student teams and aimed at career guidance work with school and student youth. In 2024, the forum was held in 65 regions of the country, including at the International Exhibition “Russia” in Moscow. More than one hundred thousand participants visited all forum sites and more than one million participants were able to join the forum events online. The forum was held in Crimea for the first time and brought together more than one thousand schoolchildren and students.

On February 17, the #TrudKrut Career Forum was held for the first time in Crimea at the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University named after Fevzi Yakubov. The forum was organized by the headquarters of student teams of the Republic of Crimea together with leading employers in Crimea, educational organizations of higher, secondary vocational and secondary education with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

The career forum is aimed at helping young people with career guidance in the labor market and understanding the necessary skills for successful employment. The event provides school and student youth with the opportunity to become familiar with a variety of professions in demand in the labor market and the necessary skills for building a successful professional career. This event became part of all-Russian celebrations associated with the 65th anniversary of the movement of student groups and the 20th anniversary of the beginning of the modern history of Russian student groups.

As part of the forum, Crimean schoolchildren and students were able to take part in two blocks: educational and career. The educational block included lectures, master classes, games, discussions and meetings with representatives of leading employers in Crimea. The career block allowed its participants to go through the full career cycle from writing a resume to interviewing and hiring, after which the most successful were given training opportunities, internships and work in the largest companies of the Republic of Crimea.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea pays great attention to the labor education of modern youth.
