More than half of Crimeans maintain their health by walking in the fresh air

Sociological agency «Weber» I learned from the residents of our country what place a healthy lifestyle occupies in their lives. The answers from Crimeans confirm: a healthy lifestyle is our everything! For most, this is certainly true.
Thus, 57% responded that to maintain health they regularly walk and engage in activity, and 42% of respondents follow a daily routine that includes eight hours of sleep. 39% cited proper nutrition or dieting as important components of a healthy lifestyle.
Crimea is a fertile region for various types of physical activity. Outdoor activities are facilitated by weather and climatic conditions. In addition, the peninsula has a developed scheme of tourist routes and many attractions, so that an active lifestyle is also interesting— said Vladimir Meshcheryakov, chief freelance specialist for medical prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
According to him, there are several components to maintaining your health.
First of all, this means giving up bad habits, observing a work and rest regime, rational physical activity, proper nutrition and timely completion of preventive examinations.,” the expert clarified.
By the way, as Weber reported, 41% of respondents noted that they mostly manage to get a good night’s sleep and relax after a working day, while 24% are not yet able to do this.
