More than one and a half thousand online messages were written by Sevastopol residents over the past week
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Residents of Sevastopol wrote 1,567 appeals to authorities during the week from October 30 to November 5. Questions and requests received on social networks and on the “Government Services” platform. Let’s decide together,” gathered analysts from the Regional Management Center.
The most popular topic was housing and communal services — 296 requests were received. At the beginning of the week, Sevastopol residents reported local problems related to heating. They were processed by management companies. Over time, the number of such comments was reduced to a minimum.
The second most popular block is about roads and transport: these are questions about changing the route network, requests to repair certain sections of city streets and other messages. For example, residents of the Gagarinsky district asked to close the passage on the sidewalk behind the stop at the Central Department Store. “There are already traffic jams on the sidewalk,” wrote a Sevastopol resident. As a result, hemispheres restricting entry were installed on the sidewalk.
There have also been quite a few reports about the operation of outdoor lighting. Thanks to signals from citizens, the networks were promptly repaired on Gagarin Avenue, Ovrazhnaya and Orekhovoy streets, as well as in Sturmovoy on Povorotnaya Street.
Let us remind you that you can ask questions or write about a problem related to the activities of government bodies on their official pages on VKontakte, Odnoklassniki or Telegram, as well as on the “Government Services” platform. Let’s decide together” — the service can be used via a widget on VKontakte, an application or a website pos.gosuslugi.ru/landing/.
