More than one and a half thousand recruits took the Military Oath in the Southern Military District

In formations and military units stationed in the Southern Military District (SMD), solemn ceremonies were held to swear in the Military Oath of more than 1.5 thousand recruits called up for military service as part of the spring 2024 conscription.

During the training courses for young recruits conducted with them, they all improved their initial military knowledge, underwent combined arms training, and became stronger morally and physically.

A set of classes on tactical, engineering, fire, physical training, military medicine, topography, radiation, chemical and biological protection was conducted with the young recruits. In addition, military personnel learned the basics of military service safety.

Representatives of government bodies, public organizations, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and special military operations, and relatives of military personnel who took part in the ceremony expressed congratulations on such a significant event in the life of military personnelreports the press service of the Southern Military District.

Upon completion of taking the Military Oath, a meeting of the command with the parents of the military personnel took place.
