Police are checking into a collision with a pedestrian in Evpatoria. The accident happened this morning (at 6:30) on Lenin Avenue.
The driver, driving a Skoda Octavia car, moving along Lenina Avenue in the direction of Frunze Street, hit a 66-year-old woman crossing the roadway at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of a traffic accident, a pedestrian was injured and taken to a medical facility— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
Employees of the Evpatoria State traffic inspectorate worked at the scene of the accident, an inspection is being carried out, the circumstances are being clarified.
