Morning accident on the Simferopol-Yevpatoriya highway. A passenger car failed to let a regular bus pass

The police are investigating a traffic accident involving a scheduled bus. The accident occurred this morning (at 7:40) on the Simferopol-Yevpatoriya highway in the Saksky district.
The driver, born in 1995, driving a Toyota Avensis, leaving a secondary road for a main road, at an unregulated intersection, failed to give way to a SETRA bus driven by a driver, born in 1986. The bus was transporting passengers on the route Yevpatoriya — Skalistoe. As a result of the traffic accident, the driver of the Toyota received bodily injuries and was taken to a medical facility, the driver and passengers of the bus were not injured— the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.
The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate is working at the scene of the accident, the circumstances of the accident are being investigated. The prosecutor’s office is also conducting an investigation. It is reported that there were 28 people on the bus at the time of the accident.
