Most applicants from Crimea do not need a written refusal of employment
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Applicants do not need an official document indicating the reasons for refusal of employment. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of employers from Crimea took part.
In 96% of Crimean companies over the past year, there were no situations where applicants demanded an official document indicating the reasons for refusal of employment. Only 4% of employers have encountered such cases.
Slightly more often large companies turned to such a document.
Among enterprises in various fields of activity, recruiters from the banking and IT sectors, as well as retail, were slightly more likely to encounter requests to issue an official refusal.
Typically, an official document indicating the reasons for refusal of employment is required for candidates referred by Employment Centers. The unemployment rate is now very low, so the decrease in the number of requests for these types of documents seems natural.
