Most Crimeans do not allow themselves to ignore calls and messages from management outside of work

In the service survey SuperJob Employed representatives of the economically active population took part.
Calls, letters and messages from management outside working hours are a common occurrence for most employees. 60% of Crimeans always answer them, 26% of city residents do not do this every time, 4% do not answer at all. Only 10% of respondents never hear from management outside working hours.
Respondents over 45 years old and employees with a salary of 100 thousand rubles per month are less likely to miss calls and messages from management.
Employees working on a hybrid schedule are more likely to respond to calls and messages outside of working hours than those who go to work and work remotely: “You never know what kind of force majeure situations might arise”; “Sometimes situations arise that require immediate intervention in the process.”
Among representatives of common professional groups, those who most often stated that they are always in touch were suppliers (86%), economists (75%) and administrators (74%). It is most difficult for an employer to reach designers and programmers outside of working hours.
