In 4% of companies they pay extra up to average earnings, and in another 7% of enterprises — up to salary or up to actual earnings.
In 1 out of 10 companies, the decision on additional payments is made on an individual basis.
65% of workers say they go to work while sick. It is more common for Crimean residents under the age of 34 to work with illness than for those older (71% versus 59% among those over 45). Those who earn less are significantly more likely to go to work, despite illness, (80% of those earning up to 50 thousand rubles versus 55% of respondents with an income of more than 100 thousand rubles). Judging by the comments, residents of Crimea with salaries above average more often negotiate with their employer about the possibility of working from home during illness, because it is not profitable for them to take sick leave.
