Multifunctional sports ground with skate park under construction in Yalta

A multifunctional sports ground with a skate park is being built in Kalinin Square.

In June, the dismantling of the old pavement and structures was completed, and a retaining wall is currently being erected — it will also protect nearby buildings from noise. The formation of elements of the main part of the site from compacted sand has already begun — a skate park, which fans of skateboarding and stunt scooters have long been asking for— said the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.

According to Yanina Pavlenko, all the figures will be cast from concrete, as in Simeiz, and both beginners and professionals will be able to practice here. In addition to the skate park, the site includes a workout area, a rest area, and two chess tables and a table tennis table will be installed here. The work is being carried out by specialists from St. Petersburg, who successfully build such facilities throughout the country.
