Murder by negligence in Yevpatoria and… an unexpectedly lenient sentence

In Yevpatoria, a local resident was convicted of causing death by negligence. As they told the court, a 36-year-old local resident in May of this year, while intoxicated, got into a fight in a cafe.
During the conflict with the victim, he struck him in the face with his palm, as a result of which the latter fell from his own height, hitting his head on the surface of the road surface. As a result, the victim suffered a closed craniocerebral injury with hemorrhages in parts of the brain. The man died a short time later from his injuries.— reported the prosecutor’s office.
