Murder in the Black Sea region. 10 minutes before the crime they were drinking together

In the Chernomorsky region, a local resident will stand trial on charges of murder. A 55-year-old man is charged under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

According to investigators, the accused, his wife and a mutual friend, drank alcoholic beverages. During leisure time, a quarrel arose between those present. The accused, while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, took a kitchen knife and struck at least two blows to the stomach of an acquaintance who was quarreling with the accused’s wife. The victim died from his injuries,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.

With the approved indictment, the case was sent to the Chernomorsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
