Center «My Business» is three years old. Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev congratulated the center on this significant date in his social networks.
We opened it in 2019 and during this time the center has provided support 8830 for small and medium businesses. In the center, Sevastopol entrepreneurs can receive all the necessary services to start and run their business on a one-stop basis — from training to assistance in obtaining financial support. I wish the My Business center to continue to responsibly fulfill its important function: to help entrepreneurs and those who are just starting their journey in business!
For three years, My Business has provided 440 services, including: consultations, educational and comprehensive services, financial and warranty support. Of these 2198 — people who were just planning to open a business and did not know where to start.
A few months after the opening of the center, the country introduced a regime of self-isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic. A difficult time began for entrepreneurs, many were forced to cut costs and suffered serious losses. There was no talk of development at that time, nevertheless, thanks to the My Business center, entrepreneurs were able to adapt to the changes. An informative website was created, the work of the center was quickly transferred to an online format, webinars, online consultations were held, a “hot line” was quickly deployed, which worked seven days a week , — says Mikhail Razvozhaev.
With the opening of the export support center at the My Business site, Sevastopol entrepreneurs have more opportunities to bring their products to the international market. The center’s specialists advise on customs clearance issues, translation of presentation materials into foreign languages, and assist in the search for potential buyers.
The Cluster Development Center registered 76 participants, implemented several socially significant projects well known to Sevastopol residents: “Fish Day ” and “Made in Sevastopol”.
About 500 small and medium-sized businesses apply to the «hot line» of the center every month. Specialists consult on support measures and any other issues related to doing business. The list of provided support measures is also growing — for example, in 500 a comprehensive service was introduced.
We provide comprehensive services for the certification of goods, works, trademark registration, promotion of products, namely, the development of a website and setting up contextual advertising, the creation of photo content, printing products , — said the director of the center » My business” Natalia Borisova.
On the site of the My Business center there are three meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 12 people, where you can hold negotiations with business partners, a working meeting. There is also a coworking area. As Elena Makhotkina, head of the primary consultation department of the My Business center, noted, renting a coworking space and meeting rooms is one of the ways to save on renting premises, in addition, the My Business center has everything you need to work — high-speed Internet, comfortable furniture, necessary equipment. Such sites are considered a free environment for communication, in which you can get useful contacts. Since the beginning of the year alone, co-working spaces have been used more than 412 times, plus about 26 times the entrepreneurs of Sevastopol rented meeting rooms.
