Natalya Poklonskaya broke her silence on social networks and spoke about the fraud “scheme”
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Former Prosecutor of Crimea Natalya Poklonskaya announced about leaving social networks on June 14 last year. She explained her decision by fulfilling the tasks set by the Prosecutor General of Russia, in accordance with the Federal Law “On the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation.” Poklonskaya, we recall, was appointed to the position of adviser to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov.
Indeed, there has been complete calm on her social networks for more than a year. The exception is the September video from the zoo — no caption, no comments. And here is the first entry after a long break. Moreover, the recording is a warning about scammers acting… on behalf of Natalia Poklonskaya.
I am posting this post specifically to warn people about scammers acting on my behalf on various social networks. One American citizen communicated with “me” (my fake on social networks) for as much as 11 months. The scammers (under my name) told him that Russia had extradited me to Ukraine, and for my ransom they needed to pay (as collateral) 100,000 US dollars. Before my “rescue,” the man decided to check this information and contacted the administrator of my fan group. He was informed that the page was not real, and for almost a year scammers communicated with him on my behalf.
I’m informing you about this specifically to protect people (in virtual reality) from scammers who pretend to be me or someone else. And most importantly, I want to emphasize: despite the complex political relations between our countries, a US citizen decided to sincerely help me, demonstrating a simple quality of people all over the world — humanity. Thanks to this quality, we can change ourselves and the whole world.— wrote Poklonskaya.
Draw your own conclusions from this situation, but I think we have learned the principle: it is better not to give money even for the most tearful story with the most beautiful character.
