National project «Family». Crimeans with many children support the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation

Vladimir Putin, during his annual address to the Federal Assembly of Russia, announced a new national project “Family”, aimed at improving the quality of life of families with children and increasing the birth rate.

A large family with many children should become the norm, the philosophy of social life, the guideline of the entire state strategythe President of the Russian Federation emphasized.

Andrey Bogdanov, a father of 8 children from Yalta, awarded the Order of Parental Glory, positively evaluates this initiative:

We welcome any government measures aimed at helping families. Financial support and increasing housing affordability are very important and necessary measures. I can say that we still feel the support of the state, and it is constantly growing. But there are families who need additional measures. For example, young families who have not yet settled in life. For them, financial instability can be a serious obstacle to having children.

Statistics show that over the past 10 years the number of large families in Crimea has increased. Now there are more than 32 thousand. There are 107 thousand children in large families in the Republic.
