Neural networks in the selection of staff are already used by 7% of Crimea recruiters

In the past few years, we have been observing the expansion of artificial intelligence into many spheres of the economy, in particular, in HR management and recruiting. Today, 7% of Crimea employers use neural networks in the selection. Judging by the comments, recruiters most often entrust AI to write vacancies, FAQ blocks in the sections of employment and career of official websites of companies, and the formulation of answers to questions in messengers. With the help of neural networks, data on the volume of demand for certain professions are also collected, they analyze the salary policy of competitors.
Not ready to entrust recruiting to neural networks every second eicar. The fact that the selection of personnel can be transferred completely, 2% of recruiters are sure, partially — 31%. Representatives of the companies would like to transfer the primary selection of resumes, a distribution of vacancies, “cold contacts” with applicants to the neural networks.
