New appointments in the Government of Sevastopol

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev introduced Dmitry Grigorievich Galkin, who was appointed acting deputy governor.
I invited him to oversee an area that required close attention — the entire capital construction block in the city. The department of capital construction and all subordinate organizations will be under its jurisdiction. Dmitry Grigorievich has extensive experience in the construction industry. His competencies will be very useful for strengthening this direction and giving new dynamics– quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Dmitry Galkin worked at the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief (EMERCOM of Russia), the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Previously, he coordinated the activities of military command and control bodies, military units and organizations during the implementation of various projects, including:
- for the construction of military units,
- during the construction of the military-patriotic park «Patriot»,
- organizing international army games, etc.
Dmitry Galkin was awarded state and departmental awards, and is a member of the Northern Military District. To this day, he led the activities of the military innovation technopolis «ERA» in Anapa, where he, among other things, oversaw the development of innovation infrastructure, and was responsible for organizing and planning scientific research into experimental developments carried out in the Technopolis.
Pavel Ieno, who previously oversaw capital construction issues, remains acting. Deputy Governor, while his area of responsibility will be the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. It was also announced at the meeting that Alexey Krasnokutsky, director of the public security department, joined the Government of Sevastopol and became a member of the Government.
