New beach territories were presented in Alupka

These are the results of another stage of a large -scale improvement program and creating a comfortable environment for residents and guests of the city.

The children’s beach has been transformed: in a protected bay with a gentle entrance for guests and residents of the city, sun loungers with canopies, modern showers, restrooms, locker rooms, storage rooms, and a first -aid post are now equipped. A family cafe with an amazing panoramic look appeared here. On the territory of the Vorontsovskoye Kupalen, a beach infrastructure with showers, shadow canopies and a sports ground is also equipped. Including in the adjacent territory, large -scale anti -capital work was completed — the slopes were strengthened by the Gabions.

In the «Port of Georges» a pier was reconstructed, places for small vessels were equipped — the historical fishing artel of the 19th century was revived. This is very important for local fishermen who carefully store traditions from generation to generation.

The updated territories were visited by the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Metropolitan Simferopol and Crimean Tikhon, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank German Gref, head of the municipality of the city district of Yalta — Chairman of the Yalta City Council Konstantin Shimanovsky and head of the administration of Yanina Pavlenko, general director of the resort «Mriya» Samilo Sarukhan, chairman South-Western Bank of Sberbank.

Together, the Mriya resort and resort in the Alupka consistently created a comfortable infrastructure, modern recreation areas for residents and guests appear, and historical objects gain new life. I am sure that the transformed children’s beach and the Vorontsov baths, the Port of Georges will serve the further strengthening of the tourism potential of the city. I thank the head of Sberbank German Oscarovich Gref and his team for a significant contribution to the improvement of Alupka. The authorities of the republic will continue to provide the necessary assistance for the successful development of Big Yalta and other resort regions of Crimea— noted the head of the republic Sergey Aksyonov.

Recall that on May 1, 2025, a number of Alupka improvement facilities have already been opened as part of the program. The new square for family recreation at the church of the Archangel Michael has become one of the most striking transformations of this season. Playing platforms with slides, trampolines and swings opened on the picturesque territory, a rope park and a modern sports area with simulators, a climbing, table tennis appeared. Next to the square, the guests are waiting for a cozy family cafe «Pun». Landscaping of the territory was planted cypresses, pines, magnolias, junipers, jasmines, viburnum and barbaris — more than 45 thousand plants.

In the «Pearl» Alupka — Vorontsovsky Park — a comprehensive restoration of paths, retaining walls and engineering networks was previously carried out. About 200 small architectural forms were installed, while relict trees and a unique natural landscape are carefully preserved in its original form.

The joint program of the Sberbank and the resort «Mriya» on the comprehensive improvement of the Alupka started in 2024. Its goal is the harmonious development of the city, the preservation of its unique historical appearance and the natural landscape, the creation of high -quality infrastructure for residents and tourists, as well as an increase in the tourism attractiveness of the region.

All this became possible thanks to our social partner, a good friend, I would compete under the leadership of Herman Oscarovich Gref and the resort “Mriya”. The complex improvement of Alupka started in 2024.
