The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, gave instructions to initiate a criminal case based on an appeal for violation of the rights of participants in shared-equity construction in Simferopol.
In the comments in the account of the Reception of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.I. A resident of the Republic of Crimea contacted Bastrykin on VKontakte. She reported a violation of the obligations undertaken by Specialized Developer Construction Company Akura LLC to commission the apartment building of the Chernika residential complex in the city of Simferopol. As a result, since 2018, shareholders have not been able to obtain their residential premises. It is also reported that the company misused a large amount of funds.

The Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol continues to carry out a procedural check— reported the central office of the Investigative Committee.
Alexander Bastrykin gave instructions to the acting the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vasily Tsaplin, to initiate a criminal case and submit a report on the circumstances established during the initial investigative actions, and upon completion of the investigation — on its results. The execution of the order is placed under control in the central office of the department.
